Key benefits of Elite Soccer League

Elite Soccer League

Advanced Competition Level - Playing with and against other skilled players will raise your child's skill level.

Intense Coach and Player Training - For fall season play, ESL coaches are required to obtain an "E" coaching license from CalSouth (state association of the United States Soccer Federation).  This training, along with instruction from a licensed, professional Director of Coaching will provide each player with advanced individual skill building and knowledge of team tactics.

Team Identity and Continuity - Players will be able to play on the same team, with the same players year-after-year.  This continuity will allow the coaches and players the opportunity to grow together and progress as a team as the years go on.

Tournaments and Camps - ESL will typically host at least two tournaments each year.  In addition, fall teams playing in the Elite Soccer League will have the ability to register for various competition tournaments hosted by CalSouth, including State Cup.  ESL will also have optional camps in the summer, winter, and spring.

More Family/Friend Time - With only one weekend game per week, families will be able to count on at least one day each weekend to take care of things other than soccer.

Less Cost and Less Travel - Because Elite Soccer League is primarily a volunteer organization, we are able to provide club-level soccer at a fraction of the cost of traditional club.  For details regarding the cost of a specific season, please visit the contact us section of this website and send us an inquiry.

Travel for regular season games will be limited to North and South Orange County in the fall and just South County for the winter and spring.  If teams choose to participate in non-league tournaments, they can travel as far as they like.  However, mandatory travel for league play will be limited to the above mentioned area.

League Champion and League Cup - We have a very exciting fall season format planned with each team competing within its designated division.  Teams will receive 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 points for a loss.  At the end of the season, the team with the most points is the League Champion.

Once the regular season is over, we will have an exclusive tournament -- League Cup.  All teams in the league will be invited to play.  This tournament will give each team a change to take home a prize, even if they were not the league champion.

No Limit to How Far You Can Go - Once your team has progressed to the point that the players are ready to move into a more challenging environment, ESL helps you make the transition.  There is no limit to the progress you can make or the success you can have as a team.
